Shipping & Returns
No plastic packaging is used. Pads are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and face rounds are tied together with paper string.
Recycled card envelopes or green jiffy mailers are used Royal Mail Signed For is mainly used, but for larger orders we sometimes use Yodel tracked delivery.
Unfortunately we have stopped posting international orders and only ship to the UK now due to customs charges. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Return & Exchange Policy
In the rare occasion you'd like to return anything, we can accept returns on UNUSED and UNWASHED liners, pads and face rounds. It is really important washed products aren't sent back as we can't refund for these for obvious reasons that they can't be sold on again.
Returns will need to be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
If you'd like to return any liners, pads or face rounds and they are not faulty, postage will be liable for you to return them to us and will need to be returned in the original packaging.
If your product is faulty, then we will of course cover the postage costs back to us and either mend, replace or refund - whichever you prefer!
We will always try to resolve any issues you may have in the best way possible. We don't really believe in having a list of T&Cs as we prefer to just to be honest and kind and keep things simple.
All other wellness products are non-refundable.
